Welcome!
We believe that a diverse (and friendly) community is a community that will benefit from having more unique perspectives on-board – and will have more great ideas.
That’s exactly the kind of community we want to create at LeanIX. That’s why we welcome people from all walks of life, with different backgrounds and different experiences.
We’ll work diligently to make the LeanIX Connect community welcoming to everyone, hosting and managing opportunities for attendees to interact via chat and other applications, and – in the interests of fostering an open and welcoming community – pledging to respect everybody who contributes.
Expectations
We are committed to making participation in this project a harassment-free experience for all users, regardless of level of experience, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or nationality.
We want to support diversity in our teams, our thinking – and, ultimately, in our products.
To that end, we support an open exchange of ideas – and believe the following guidelines will help create spaces where everyone who is part of LeanIX can feel confident that their input is valued and heard.
By creating these spaces we’ll help ensure that we build the best products we can, and maximize the impact of our work.

- Conduct/speech that is sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, unprofessional
- Intimidation or harassment
- Disrespect towards differences of opinion

- Sustained disruptions
- Violence, threats, violent language
- Personal attacks
- Publishing other’s private information, without explicit permission
Rules
LeanIX reserves the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject any comments or other contributions that are not aligned with this Code of Conduct, or to ban temporarily or permanently any contributor for other behaviours that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.
By adopting this Code of Conduct, LeanIX commits to a fair environment and will consistently apply these principles to every aspect of managing this community. In addition, please note that private messages are considered the intellectual property of the sender.
Reporting
If you experience any harassment, we ask you to report this to our staff directly. Please note that this is the only acceptable reason to re-publish harassment.
All complaints will be reviewed and investigated and met with a response that is deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. LeanIX is obligated to maintain confidentiality with regard to the reporter of an incident and is committed to promptly address any reported issues.
Privacy
Please understand that things you post on this platform may become public eventually.
Although this is not a public exchange, it is possible that a Freedom Of Information request could result in our channel logs being made public.
Please exercise caution and refrain from sharing sensitive information that could harm you or others (or the reputation of LeanIX) if it became public.
